Homenaje a las mujeres uruguayas, en el marco del “Día internacional de la mujer”. Marzo de 2009
La Dirección Nacional de Cultura del MEC realiza un reconocimiento especia a aquellas uruguayas que se destacaron por su creación literaria, a traves de la obra de 10 de las mejores poetas uruguayas del siglo XX.
Las poetas que integran esta edición son: Delmira Agustini, María Eugenia Vaz Ferreira, Juana de Ibarbourou, Idea Vilariño, Ida Vitale, Amanda Berenguer, Sara de Ibáñez, Marosa di Giorgio, Circe Maia, Crsitina Peri Rossi. La selección de poemas pertenece al libro “Mujeres, las mejores poetas uruguayas del siglo XX”, editado por el Instituto Nacional del Libro en 1993 baja la curaduría de Washington Benavides.
